Togo international footballer, Emmanuel Adebayor is celebrating his first Eid Mubarak since he converted to Islam.
The Tottenham
striker took to his Instagram page to send a goodwill message to his
Muslim families as they celebrated the end of their Ramadan fast al over
the world.
"To all my Muslim families: may
the blessings of Allah fill your life with happiness and open all the
doors of success now and always. Eid Mubarak!" the 31-year-old wrote on his Instagram.
Though he has not officially announced his change of religion, a video of the former Arsenal star partaking in the Shahada which is a pronunciation by new Islam converts has already surfaced.
Adebayor is seen reciting the Shahada alongside other Muslim converts in the video.
