it comes as a bit of a surprise that during her second pregnancy, the
34-year-old Keeping Up With The Kardashians star does not seem to be shy
when it comes to flaunting her curves, even though she is nearly five
months along.

stepping out with sisters Kourtney, 36, and Khloe, 31, on Tuesday to
Casa Escobar in Westlake Village, California, Mrs Kanye West left little
to the imagination with her very tight dress.
